WHAT DO YOU THINK SETS YOU APART AS AN AGENT?

I offer more than thirty years of valuable market knowledge and experience in Charleston real estate. During my lengthy career, I have developed an extensive network of resources and relationships to help my clients successfully buy and sell properties. My aim is to always go above and beyond for my clients to ensure their needs are met in every transaction and that any potential problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, I understand the importance of trust in relationships and work hard to build and maintain that trust with each person I interact with during my day. Over the years, I have gained trust by treating everyone with integrity, communicating with transparency and demonstrating honesty in all situations.

WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL BOATING DAY IN CHARLESTON?

My ideal day on the water starts off by leaving Hobcaw Creek early in the morning for a surf fishing trip to a remote beach until early afternoon. Later, we will boat with friends to Daniel Island for dinner at a waterfront restaurant or to a local sandbar for a cook-out. Topping it off with a beautiful sunset, you have the perfect day on the water.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN CHARLESTON?

Currently, my favorite restaurant in Charleston is Vern’s, located in a charming, restored corner store in Elliotborough. Years ago, I recall being inside the property before its renovation by a local craftsman client, and the transformation was amazing. The food at Vern’s offers fresh, seasonal ingredients with exceptional service. The Elliotborough Mini Bar, one block away, is always a fun spot before or after dinner to catch eclectic live music.
