Paula Yorke, a William Means Real Estate agent, recently sold a home on the Isle of Palms for $4 million.

The home at 2001 Waterway Blvd. was designed by Steve Herlong and Associates and built in 2009 by Sea Island Builders. Located on the Intracoastal Waterway, it’s a single-family home that has a dock and boat lift, an infinity-edge heated pool, and high-quality finishes throughout the house.

“Buyers moving to Charleston are eager to combine the beauty of waterfront living with all that the area has to offer. It’s truly a dream location for a dream home,” Yorke said.

Isle of Palms has been rated as a top resort and includes a world-class golf course and miles of coastline. It is 12 miles from downtown Charleston.
