Located in North Charleston, Park Circle is a unique up-and-coming neighborhood with beautiful green spaces, favorite local restaurants and boutique shops. Known for it’s fun, family-friendly atmosphere and quiet residential streets, it’s the ideal location for those seeking a walkable neighborhood in a central Charleston location.

Charming Homes. From charming 1950’s ranch homes to brand new developments, the neighborhood offers many different styles of homes to suit a variety of preferences.

Local Cuisine. In Park Circle’s Old Village District, you’ll find a wonderful variety of locally owned restaurants that make for fun daytime outings and an exciting nightlife. From EVO Pizzeria to Southern Roots Smokehouse to Orange Spot Coffee, there is a wide variety of flavorful cuisine to explore, not to mention wineries and breweries.

Festivals. Each year Park Circle hosts the city’s top outdoor festivals and parades, including the North Charleston Arts Festival, St. Patrick’s Day Block Party and Parade, the Harvest Festival, the Christmas Festival and the seasonal Farmers Market.

Parks and Landscaping. Park Circle is known and loved for its many wonderful green spaces. Play a round of disc golf on the free course that surrounds the traffic circle, enjoy nature at the Park Circle Butterfly Garden, or go birdwatching at the Quarterman Park pond.
