Are you wondering what to do this weekend?? Don’t!  The area might be a little crowded, but it will be filled with fun for everyone.  The Cooper River Bridge Run, the Summerville Flowertown Festival, and the Cajun Festival will satisfy anyone’s needs.  This jammed packed Lowcountry weekend will attract over 240,000 people.

The Cooper River Bridge Run is a unqiue opportunity to enjoy the scenic views of Charleston and Mount Pleasant.  The bridge is 2.5 miles long 200 feet high with a 4% slope.  The 10K race is this Saturday, March 27th and will attract over 40,000 participants.  More details…..

The Summerville Flowertown Festival is South Carolina’s largest Art’s & Craft’s Festival and has been named one of the top 20 events in the Southeast by the Southeast Tourism Society.   The Festival is open Friday, March 26th through Sunday, March 28th and has free admission.   More details….

The Lowcountry Cajun Festival at James Island County Park celebrates Louisiana living and Charleston charm. A full-day of Zydeco music, Cajun and Creole foods and children’s activities are planned throughout the day on Sunday, March 28th.  More details…
