Prior to joining William Means, Gary Bullard spent thirty-two years as a Presbyterian Pastor, in Florida, Nebraska, Tennessee and South Carolina, a ministry which culminated in thirteen years as Senior Pastor of the Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church. As a “large church” pastor, much of his professional life involved helping others navigate the complexities of life in pursuit of deeper meaning and greater joy. Gary brings to real estate that same desire to listen carefully, helping clients connect their dreams to their joy through one of the most important decisions they’ll make: the purchase of a new home.

WHAT DO YOU THINK SETS YOU APART AS AN AGENT?
Beginning a new career in real estate, the William Means culture of highest professionalism, integrity and ethics set them apart for me.
FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN CHARLESTON AND WHY?
Five spiced pork sandwich from Bon Bahn Mi Sandwich Bar. Oysters at Leon’s. Italian at Wild Olive. The whole food scene in Charleston requires an occasional “culinary crawl.”
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT CHARLESTON?
Incredible blend of historic charm and the buzz of a new time. Charlestonians celebrate an extraordinary history, while embracing the future with excitement and intentionality.
Gary, I’ve been going through my papers lately, and I just want you to know you made a profound difference in my life and thought. I’m very grateful for your for this. No response is needed. Love to you, Jane

Wow, what a shift in life’s direction!

I know you hate these… hahaaha! My second wife, Laura, and I are enjoying our home in Stonoview on Johns Island….so don’t need a home.. BUT, I’m doing my 17 year old’s senior ad for yearbook as he prepares to graduate from Wando next summer….and I wanted to include the benediction you used (at least the one you did on the video!)…. If you would share, I’d appreciate it. Hope all is well with you.
