For me its McCrady’s, the food is exceptional and the ambiance is great too.
WHAT DO YOU THINK SETS YOU APART AS AN AGENT?
I think what sets me apart is a solid understanding of zoning and what is possible when it comes to determining a property’s highest and best use. There are many different variables when it comes to analyzing a property’s full potential. Having an agent who is accustomed to these different variables and can help you navigate the process of the transaction is key.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT CHARLESTON?
The food!! There are so many great restaurants in such close proximity, from the mainstay classics downtown, to the coastal flavor out by the beach to the new emerging hotspots in Mt. Pleasant and Daniel Island. There are just so many great options and flavors to choose from.
