WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE FEATURES OF HOMES AND WHY?
My favorite home feature has to be the porches, especially here in the Lowcountry. Enjoying evening hors d’oeuvres with loved ones, appreciating a cool ocean breeze and watching gas lanterns flicker at dusk – outdoor living in Charleston can be pretty magical.

DESCRIBE YOUR IDEAL SUNDAY AFTERNOON IN CHARLESTON.
After attending East Cooper Baptist Church, it’s time for Sunday brunch at Hall’s Chophouse – their prime steak omelet is a must! I would then take a leisurely walk through the iconic Waterfront Park before making my way to Sullivan’s Island to enjoy a day at the beach. Lastly, can’t forget to check in on my favorite football teams’ victories – the perfect way to top off my Sunday.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT CHARLESTON?
Even with the city’s rich history, wonderful architecture and beautiful homes – it would have to be the people. I have been gifted an immense display of genuine kindness and hospitality from everyone in Charleston during my time here. And because of that, I consider it a privilege to show that same kindness in return.
