This particular slip location is on the brand-new dock addition, with new extra large pilings, new premium adjustable & movable dock cleats, floats, & decking. The marina comes equipped with IPE docks, electrical with 100 amp services to the slips, water service, Wi-Fi access, NEW dock house, & other first-rate amenities for each owner. The new dockhouse has a full-time dockmaster & 2 full-time marina maintenance staff. There are bathrooms, showers, laundry & off-street parking. Liveaboard is limited & applications are considered upon request & approval of the association at their discretion.
