In the first quarter of this year, our company recorded nearly $104 million in company sales with a $1.3 million average sales price, solidifying our standing as a top company in Charleston real estate. Our average sales price in the first quarter of 2022 also increased by 37% compared to 2021.

Our firm ranked as the number one boutique firm in Mount Pleasant with $33 million in first quarter sales and the number two boutique firm in downtown Charleston with $41 million in sales. Our company also achieved one of the top five highest sales prices in the Charleston area, for the sale of Hoopstick Island, a gated 55-acre private island selling for $7.5 million.

“Our team of agents work extremely hard for their clients,” said Lyles Geer, President and Broker-in-Charge of William Means Real Estate. “Our continued success is evident by their commitment, loyalty, and experience. Year after year, we continue to be grateful to the clients that trust William Means with the sale and purchase of their Charleston homes.”

We moved into our newly renovated Mount Pleasant office at 353 N. Shelmore Boulevard less than six months ago and our new space at 25 Broad Street opened its doors earlier this month in historic downtown Charleston.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling your Charleston home, one of our agents would be delighted to guide you through the real estate transaction.
