This year, William Means agents share their resolutions for 2022 – from business goals to spending time with family – we wish the Charleston community a happy and healthy New Year.

“I would like to be healthier and live a more balanced lifestyle.”

“My New Year’s resolution is to find joy in every day life. The last couple of years have shown us just how unpredictable life can be. So in 2022 I want to appreciate all my blessings big and small and make every day count.”

Farrah Follmann

“After closing out a record breaking year for myself with over $20M in sales, my resolution for 2022 is to continue growing my business—while keeping my clients and their experience my top priority..”

Beverly Burris

“After the crazy past couple of years, I think it’s more important than ever to stay in touch with friends and loved ones. I am going to make that my priority in 2022.”

Anne Merrill Crawford

“My resolution for 2022 is to drink more water. Everyone has told me I need to for years, but I just don’t like it. This year I’m going to do it!”

“I am hopeful for a normal 2022. My New Year’s resolution is to not get covid again, hire an assistant, eat clean and post more real estate activities on Instagram.”

Jane Dowd
