William Means agents brokered both sides of the transaction of the highest sale on Sullivan’s Island this year. With its panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean that are arguably some of the most breathtaking on the island, 1765 Atlantic Street sold for $6,290,000. Sam Moore represented the seller and Paula Yorke represented the buyer.

“During this difficult time, it is encouraging that we are seeing continued demand for luxury properties,” said Drew Grossklaus, Sales Director and East Cooper Broker-in-Charge for William Means Real Estate. “We are seeing an increase of activity from buyers from the Northeast region of the United States. This tells us that there is interest from populous cities, especially for second and vacation homes, in areas like Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, and Isle of Palms.” Learn more about Charleston areas here.

As one of the oldest real estate companies in Charleston and an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, William Means Real Estate has sold more than $112 million in real estate so far this year.
