Exciting Company News. We are pleased to announce that Lyles Geer has been named President and Broker-in-Charge of William Means Real Estate. He will be taking over ownership from our firm’s long-time owner of nearly 30 years, Helen Geer. Helen will continue as an Executive Broker with our firm, assisting buyer and seller clients with the same passion that she has demonstrated over the course of her 50-year real estate career.

This record year beat our previous year’s sales by 45%.
