◂ Back to Posts

Fall has arrived in the Lowcountry! For Charleston, that means we say goodbye to the humidity and scorching temperatures and hello to crisp, fresh air and beautiful clear skies. In the Fall edition of the Luxury Insider, review the Q3 market report, explore a collection of our favorite fall activities in the Lowcountry, take a peek at some of the most luxurious properties on the market and help us celebrate a new beginning at William Means.

Q3 Market Report. Sales Director Drew Grossklaus discusses the slight slowdown that occurred in the real estate market during the third quarter. The lower inventory and the typical slowdown that we are used to seeing in the summer months were the two main contributors to less overall sales. Demand is expected to remain high in the fourth quarter, with inventory of homes continuing to remain low.

A New Beginning for William Means. As we wind down toward the end of the year, there is exciting news on the horizon. Next month we will be moving into our very own home, a brand-new headquarters building in the award-winning I’On neighborhood in Mount Pleasant. We are also pleased to announce that we will still call Broad Street home. Our new office will be right down the street, allowing us to continue to serve our treasured downtown Charleston community.

Guide to our Favorite Fall Activities. Fall has arrived and Charlestonians welcome the perfect humidity-free weather. The cooler temperatures allow locals and visitors to trade in summer beach days for festive outdoor activities with family and friends. We’ve curated a collection of our favorite activities to enjoy this season from touring historic plantations to spooktacular haunted houses. Come explore some of our favorites!
