Helen Geer: I love seeing my house so festive around the holiday season! Many of the ornaments used to decorate our tree are from when my sons were little children.

Will Dammeyer: Our mantle includes pictures of our son from each Christmas. It’s so cool to see how much he’s grown over these last few years! We are looking forward to adding a picture of our new baby girl this year! Christmas is so much more magical with young ones!

Jane Milner: There is nothing more exciting than anticipating the MAGIC of Christmas! I have so many cherished moments of my grandchildren, Nolte and Merris. Nolte loves to dress up as Santa Claus as seen in this video from four years ago.

Michelle McQuillan: With a teenager going off to college next year this year seems like the last Christmas as a family at home.  I know she will return for Christmas break, but somehow it will be different.  So I feel I need to make every moment count just that much more.  Our tree has always been the highlight of the season for us — picking out just the right one to hang our myriad ornaments, some formal, some quirky, some handmade.  I love every single one of them. It’s the last year, so I’m going to relish it.  Next year, it will be a whole new wonderful, I’m sure.

Susan Davis: Every year we display our primitive hand carved crèche from Germany. My husband’s parents purchased this in Germany after World War II.

Krystine Edwards: One special place in my formal living room is our chest of drawers. On it I have photos from each year with Santa. It’s so fun to see how much the boys have grown each year and how they react to Santa too!

Helen Butler: My favorite thing about the holidays is spending Christmas Eve in my childhood home on Meeting Street with my parents and siblings.  On Christmas day I host dinner at our home with family and friends.  It’s those special times and the memories that I will treasure all my life.

Paula Yorke: I visited with Santa this year on a recent trip to Quebec. When he asked me what I wanted this year, I told him that I would like a grand baby!
