William Means Real Estate brokered the sale of a more than $4 million home in Mount Pleasant this month.

Co-listing agents Helen Geer and Leize Gaillard represented the seller in the $4,175,000 sale of 205 Ferry Street on February 3rd. Since Jan. 1, 2016, this is the second highest home sale in the Old Village.

This home, situated in the heart of the Old Village, was completely rebuilt in 2008 with superior craftsmanship. It sits on a deep-water dock and has a walk-in wine cellar, outdoor loggia with a fireplace and a landscaped garden.

“This a magnificent home in one of Mount Pleasant’s most sought-after locations,” said Geer, President and Broker-In-Charge. “The Old Village is a picturesque residential area with stately homes and a fierce sense of community pride.”
