We Say, Thank You

It is that wonderful time of year again: the holidays. The decorations have reached the next level from LED projectors that turn homes into full-on light displays to the incredible number of yard inflatables that are nearly as large as cars and somewhat obnoxious. I personally have a first year decoration addition of an elf named “Mr. Jingles.” Mr. Jingles needs help to find a new location every night or I am told I will have singlehandedly destroyed Christmas. The Christmas music that actually started the second week of November on one of my favorite radio stations finds a way to work in “Last Christmas” by Wham every ten minutes. It may sound like complaining, but I actually really love all of these things…except “Last Christmas” by Wham.

The holidays are a great time to reflect on the year that was and prospect on what the New Year will bring. This year happened to be one with a great deal of unrest in the U.S. and the world abroad. Although the unrest came in many forms, I believe it will be one that upon reflection will lead to betterment of our nations for years to come.

William Means had another amazing year, nearly our best ever. We celebrated five new agents, two new employees, one employee who became an agent, and the birth of children. We mailed out nearly 24,000 postcards, over 300 e-blasts, wrote over 120 blog posts, just to name a few. We sold nearly $200 million of real estate, with more than 50 listings selling for more than $1 million dollars.

This wonderful year at William Means was due in large part to many of you reading this. We’d like to say thank you for entrusting us with one of the biggest buying or selling decisions in your life. We hope you had a wonderful 2017 and look forward to next year.

Merry Christmas!
