Sales Director Drew Grossklaus Appears on the “Keeping it Real” Podcast

We are happy to announce that William Means Director of Sales, Drew Grossklaus, was recently featured on the “Keeping It Real” podcast. The podcast features successful real estate professionals sharing stories and their secrets to success. It is the first podcast for real estate brokers by real estate brokers. Drew appears on the 300^th episode, and along with host D.J. Paris, discusses what it’s like to be a Realtor in Charleston and the benefits of a boutique real estate firm. He offers a different perspective to the show – while he isn’t a practicing agent – he guides our team of more than 30 agents and is the Broker-in-Charge for our East Cooper office. Drew discusses the specifics on what sets an agent apart from the competition, such as getting involved with local associations. Drew believes that agents should immerse themselves in industry knowledge, therefore increasing the agent’s value in navigating buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction.
