Is price per square foot a good way to be sure I’m obtaining a deal?

“Price per square foot is a good indicator of value, but certainly is not the end all answer.  Property condition, livability, location, additional amenities to include a pool, river/ocean/lake views, deep water docks all are just some of the additional factors one should consider when determining the price of a home.  In our market, historical significance can play a huge role in determining value.”
