Andy Henderson – Executive Chef at Edmond’s Oast. The kitchen at Edmond’s Oast that just received a James Beard award nomination is not run in the typical “Hell’s Kitchen” style you see on TV; in this progressive kitchen no one is ever frantic and energy and food is never wasted.
