Victoria Smith has been an integral part of the Elebash team for the past three years. Over that time span, she has been a part of the team's 70 closed transactions, resulting in a total of $130 Million in sales.
Victoria was born and raised in Conway, South Carolina. She has lived along the South Carolina coast for most of her life and graduated from Coastal Carolina University before making her way to Charleston. Her must-haves for a place to call home are a balance of city living and having an ocean nearby, making the Holy City the perfect fit.
Her passion for real estate and helping clients secure their dream homes began at an early age when she spent her summers assisting her father at his real estate law firm. Victoria started her Charleston real estate career by gaining valuable experience assisting top-producing brokers while growing her own business as well.
Victoria also has a background working for several non-profit organizations and other companies where she curated successful marketing campaigns. She successfully utilizes this experience as a real estate agent, ensuring that her clients have a professional and efficient marketing plan when they list their homes with the team.
We recently purchased a condo in downtown Charleston with LeGrand Elebash and Victoria Smith after our first visit to the city. Our experience with them could not have been better! Not only were they very professional but they were very warm and inviting. Their communication was very clear and concise. They both took their time walking us through the process ensuring we had the knowledge needed to be comfortable making a decision. Victoria even assisted in gathering quotes for repair work that was needed in our condo and stayed involved throughout the entire process. We want to thank them for their southern hospitality. We highly recommend this dynamic duo!
I have been involved in the process of buying and selling residential and commercial properties over the course of the last 30 years in the southeast. I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of great real estate professionals along the way and felt, in most cases, that they did a good job representing my interests. I have never had a better overall experience from first meeting all the way through the closing than I did with LeGrand and Victoria. The resources, commitment, and overall helpfulness that I received during the process was second to none. My heavy travel schedule did not allow me to be in town for all the necessary meetings and appointments with various contractors and inspectors that were required to see my listing to close. Their team was beyond accommodating at every step to help fill in and made what could have been a stressful situation an absolute pleasure to work through. I am very grateful to have found LeGrand and Victoria to work with on this sale from a professional perspective but also feel very fortunate to have met two truly great people in the process. I look forward to working with them again on future transactions and would highly recommend the experience to anyone.
I knew Victoria Smith would be an amazing realtor, but I had no idea just how hard she works to help her clients find their dream home! From the very beginning, Victoria went above and beyond to find us our perfect home in the right neighborhood and in the right budget. Having her walk us through this process made it possible, and I don't think you will ever get a better hands-on realtor in Charleston!
Victoria was such a pleasure to work with! She was incredibly patient with my husband and I as we searched for our first home. She found incredible homes for us to view and helped us discern which ones we wanted to pursue. She listened to the requests we wanted in a house and took any concerns we had seriously. Victoria helped find the perfect place for us, and we are so thankful to have met her! What a superb realtor and a great company to have worked with.
Many thanks to Victoria Smith for her great representation in selling our house. From our initial contact, through closing and after, she was knowledgable of the marketplace and very skilled in communicating with agents, clients, and us. We were informed of all developments, and Victoria was diligent in being sure we had a smooth listing transaction. We are thankful for Victoria and really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Anyone can be assured that she will do her very best to fulfill your needs and wishes.
"We are thoroughly enjoying our new home on James Island and can't thank Victoria enough for her help in making the dream happen. Without her responsiveness and timely communications with my banker and the seller's representative we would have been among those who were unsuccessful in securing a winning bid in this overheated marketplace. It was indeed a joy and our pleasure to work with Victoria. Thank you for a job well-done!
What are your favorite features of homes and why?
Open kitchens and living spaces are my favorite features of homes. I love hosting and enjoy envisioning how these spaces could one day be utilized to host events with family and friends.
Do you have a real estate transaction that you feel you helped save and how did you help?
LeGrand and I were representing both parties of a transaction on a condo sale in a building located on East Bay St. that was built in the 1700s. We had out-of-town Buyers, and the inspection report came back with results testing positive for mold. It can be difficult to explain the moisture situation and the effects it occasionally has on our buildings to Buyers who are not as familiar with Lowcountry living conditions. I ensured the Buyers we would get ample testing and insight from professionals who handle this scope of work in our area regularly. We scheduled multiple appointments with mold remediation companies and reported updates to both parties after each appointment in order to ensure everyone was on the same page. Once the Buyers felt like they had enough of a grasp on the situation to feel comfortable to move forward with remediation, we were able to work out an agreement between the parties that resulted in a smooth closing, perfect timing for remediation to take place during the moving window, and happy clients on both sides.
What is your favorite part about Charleston?
My favorite part about Charleston is the location. I grew up on the east coast and I love that the beach and the most beautiful water views are just a short drive away. It is also just a short drive back to my hometown, so that also makes this location ideal to me as well!
