Victoria Smith has been an integral part of the Elebash team for the past three years. Over that time span, she has been a part of the team's 81 closed transactions, resulting in a total of $157 Million in sales.
Victoria was born and raised in Conway, South Carolina. She has lived along the South Carolina coast for most of her life and graduated from Coastal Carolina University before making her way to Charleston. Her must-haves for a place to call home are a balance of city living and having an ocean nearby, making the Holy City the perfect fit.
Her passion for real estate and helping clients secure their dream homes began at an early age when she spent her summers assisting her father at his real estate law firm. Victoria started her Charleston real estate career by gaining valuable experience assisting top-producing brokers while growing her own business as well.
Victoria also has a background working for several non-profit organizations and other companies where she curated successful marketing campaigns. She successfully utilizes this experience as a real estate agent, ensuring that her clients have a professional and efficient marketing plan when they list their homes with the team.
Open kitchens and living spaces are my favorite features of homes. I love hosting and enjoy envisioning how these spaces could one day be utilized to host events with family and friends.
LeGrand and I were representing both parties of a transaction on a condo sale in a building located on East Bay St. that was built in the 1700s. We had out-of-town Buyers, and the inspection report came back with results testing positive for mold. It can be difficult to explain the moisture situation and the effects it occasionally has on our buildings to Buyers who are not as familiar with Lowcountry living conditions. I ensured the Buyers we would get ample testing and insight from professionals who handle this scope of work in our area regularly. We scheduled multiple appointments with mold remediation companies and reported updates to both parties after each appointment in order to ensure everyone was on the same page. Once the Buyers felt like they had enough of a grasp on the situation to feel comfortable to move forward with remediation, we were able to work out an agreement between the parties that resulted in a smooth closing, perfect timing for remediation to take place during the moving window, and happy clients on both sides.
My favorite part about Charleston is the location. I grew up on the east coast and I love that the beach and the most beautiful water views are just a short drive away. It is also just a short drive back to my hometown, so that also makes this location ideal to me as well!
