What do you think sets you apart as an agent?
I think that my clients feel very comfortable with me and that makes my job that much more rewarding. I am an open book and knowledgeable about a wide variety of areas in Charleston. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and I do everything I can to make it as smooth of a process as possible while fighting hard to get the terms and outcome they desire.
What are your favorite features of homes and why?
The first feature that comes to mind is the front porch, especially in Charleston! The weather is nice here so many days out of the year, so outdoor space is important when owning a home. For those few chillier months, I love a nice, wood-burning fireplace. The smell brings me peace, and there is just something about exposed brick and reclaimed wood that looks great in interior design.
Describe a favorite Saturday afternoon in Charleston.
I love spending time with my husband and my two young boys at the many beautiful parks in Charleston. I also like to spend the day at the Isle of Palms and golf cart around the island, having lunch and playing on the beach!
