Andrew Smith

Born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania, Andrew Smith graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.S degree in Business Administration. During his time at the College, he immediately fell in love with the genuine warmth of the people, hospitality and charm of the Lowcountry.

After graduation, he worked in the hospitality industry for several years before moving to Los Angeles to pursue real estate in Beverly Hills, gaining valuable experience in one of the most competitive markets in the country. While there, Andrew and his brother formed a real estate team and consistently achieved company recognition for their sales production.

His passion for real estate was cultivated from a very young age, as his parents have been agents for more than 40 years. He learned very early on that character, integrity and work ethic are the hallmarks of being successful in real estate.

The historical significance of Charleston and its beautiful architecture eventually drew Andrew back to the area. He is known for building longstanding relationships and his undeniable passion for helping clients with the sale and purchase of their Charleston homes.
