Testimonials

  • Anne Merrill Crawford was a true pleasure to work with. She always had a positive attitude and made us feel comfortable throughout the buying process. We live out of state and purchased a home in Charleston without ever touring the house in person. Anne Merrill made it so simple. She went out of her way to do video tours with us and then send us a video to review later. We looked at many homes and she never made us feel that we were a bother. Her responsiveness was incredible. Whatever information we needed, she was right there with it. We were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of information that she had about the market. We would recommend her to anyone. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness and good energy made this a process simple. We?ve already recommended her to family members. When we are looking to buy again or sell, we would not hesitate to call Anne Merrill.

What are your favorite features of homes and why?

I absolutely love a good porch! Porches can be enjoyed year round here, thanks to Charleston’s incredible weather! There is nothing quite like enjoying a glass of wine and a good book on a porch.

Describe a favorite Saturday afternoon in Charleston.

My favorite Saturdays are spent with my family and friends out at our place on Edisto. There is so much to do, and the views never get old!

Favorite restaurant in Charleston and why?

Charleston has so many amazing restaurants, but I would have to say 167 Raw is my favorite! Great local seafood, delicious cocktails, and a really fun ambiance to top it all off!
