Testimonials

  • I can attest to Jordan Kruse’s ability to handle a challenging real estate transaction. For almost three months, Jordan was in constant contact with me and the seller's Realtor to successfully make the deal come together. His follow-through, knowledge and the ability to make the client feel heard and valued sets him apart from all the other realtors I have dealt with.

  • Having bought and sold homes outside of Charleston in the past, I have had other agents a handful of times. However when I moved to Charleston I knew I needed to call Jordan and it was single handedly the best decision I ever made in real estate anywhere. Not only did he present pocket listings that weren’t on the market but he had decades of knowledge of neighborhoods/trends/ideas on how to go about finding the right home and making a winning offer. On top of that, he went above and beyond throughout the closing process, identifying contractors, architects, attorneys and insurance agents. You name it and Jordan is connected with the most in-demand and cost-effective professionals in Charleston. If you are even remotely considering a sale or move in and around Charleston you absolutely MUST hire Jordan.

  • I worked with Jordan Kruse in 2019 as I sought to purchase a home on Isle of Palms. Jordan was extremely patient and more than willing to show me everything I asked to see. As we zeroed in on several possibilities, he gave me a thorough market analysis and arranged for a contractor to give an estimate on repair and renovation costs. Then once I selected a house to make an offer on, Jordan worked extremely well with the seller's agent to get through some difficult negotiations. I can’t recommend Jordan highly enough and will certainly use him in the future.

WHAT DO YOU THINK SETS YOU APART AS AN AGENT?

I grew up in a family that has been involved in both historic renovation and commercial development. Both of my parents as well as my grandfather were involved in numerous real estate projects, and it sparked a passion within me for real estate. I am so fortunate to have turned that passion into a career and love nothing more than assisting my clients with their real estate needs. I am not afraid of a challenge or hard work, and I enjoy finding creative solutions to challenging issues. My goal is to make the home buying and selling experience a smooth transaction and an exceptional experience for every one of my clients.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT CHARLESTON?

To me, Charleston has everything: amazing people, beautiful beaches, and of course a deep history and culture. However, my favorite part of Charleston has to be the water. From boating and sailing to shrimping and fishing, there’s something for everyone out there.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT?

Chez Nous, the intimate and off-the-beaten-path French restaurant, is my go-to. The food is exceptional and the menu changes daily based on what’s available locally. Runners-up would include F.I.G., 167 Raw, and Wild Olive.
