Being an art history major, I love the aesthetic appeal Charleston naturally provides. This can be from older architecture of functionality to the ornate details of moldings and decorative fireplaces that lay behind the front door. Charleston homes provide not only history but some quirky yet wonderful charm that so many have come to love.
Going out in the boat on a lovely sunny day with friends, being able to see Charleston from the water and ending it with a big family cook out.
I love being close to the water. Being able to take a stroll on the beach then easily be downtown with all the excitement the historical district can offer. Charleston is growing, it's an exciting place to live and be a part of as there is always something always going on.
