WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT CHARLESTON?
Its sense of community and confidence.
FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN CHARLESTON AND WHY?
Goat. Sheep. Cow. There is no business in this town that runs itself with more heart, soul and passion. And their amazing selection of cheese and wine! Such a special place.
WHAT IS ONE THING YOU THINK MOST PEOPLE DON’T REALIZE WHEN THEY BUY REAL ESTATE?
People who are not familiar with historic easements may not fully appreciate how important they are in preserving Charleston's architectural heritage and in increasing property values. Generally speaking, easements protect the very features that make so many of Charleston’s homes considered the finest in the country.
