I feel incredibly fortunate to have a career that I am passionate about and enjoy going to work every day. I have been working in the real estate business in Charleston for the past nine years. Originally, I started with property management and rentals before moving into residential sales. During my first and second year focusing on sales, I earned the prestigious award of Realtor of Distinction placing me among the top agents in the area.
My love of real estate goes beyond the homes. From meeting new people to building lifelong relationships and seeing how happy my clients are when sitting at the closing table with keys in hand. I’m filled with pride when a client thanks me for being a relentless negotiator and getting the deal done.
My husband and I were married in downtown Charleston at his parents’ beautiful home on Legare Street. We recently purchased and renovated a home on Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant, and are parents to our son and daughter, Buist and Rowe. My favorite activities include boating, spending time on the dock with my family, and enjoying all of the amazing restaurants Charleston has to offer.
There are so many different personalities and characteristics of an agent, and so many to choose from too! I believe that my excitement for real estate, determination for pleasing my clients, and integrity are my most valuable assets that set me apart. I truly love what I do, and that positive energy gives me the ability to get the deal done no matter what challenges may present themselves.
There are so many spectacular restaurants in Charleston, so it is incredibly difficult to pick just one! However, my favorite restaurant in Charleston is Blossom. I have been going here for many years to celebrate special occasions. Most recently, my bridal luncheon. This restaurant does such a wonderful job of highlighting the Lowcountrys cuisine. The baked oysters, calamari, and shrimp and grits are some of my favorites!
A favorite Saturday in Charleston would be one spent doing what I love most with my family. It would be waking up early to go for coffee and a walk on the beach, dogs in tow. Afterwards, there would be some boating and lunch on Shem Creek. To end the afternoon, I would want to stroll down King Street for some of the finest shopping! I would end the night sitting at a table full of family members at my favorite restaurant, Blossom. Hopefully, there would also be a showing with a client somewhere in between for my favorite Saturday in Charleston!
