If you could live in any Charleston neighborhood, which one would you choose and why?

Harleston Village will always feel like home to me. I first lived there while attending the College of Charleston, and I've always loved its historic charm. The close proximity to Colonial Lake and King Street was such a bonus, making it the perfect downtown neighborhood.

What advice would you give to someone looking to buy or sell a home in Charleston for the first time?

Working with an experienced real estate agent and a reputable firm is crucial, especially since buying a home is likely the largest purchase of your life. It's essential to have complete trust and confidence in the person and company guiding you through the process. And don't forget, it should be an exciting and enjoyable journey - finding your dream home should be a fun, rewarding experience, especially when you get to call Charleston home!

What is your favorite restaurant in Charleston and what's your go-to dish there?

The Royal Tern on Johns Island is one of my favorites - there's nothing like fresh seafood in the Lowcountry. It's tough to pick just one favorite dish, but if I had to, I'd go with the grilled shrimp bucatini pasta and the Royale oysters, topped with tuna and jalapeno ponzu.
