Meet Susan Davis

Susan Perry Davis is a Charlestonian with lowcountry roots dating back twelve generations. In 1998 she became a Real Estate Appraiser covering all of Charleston County but with special emphasis on historic properties and homes in downtown. In 2006 she made the switch to real estate sales and began her career in sales with William Means. With Susan's wealth of knowledge, education and experience, she can provide you with a market analysis and focus on value trends in the Charleston market from Broad Street to the beaches.
She has been involved in the community for many years, including work with St Philip's Church, Charleston Horticultural Society, The Huguenot Society, Master Gardeners, and National Society of Colonial Dames.
She is a graduate of Stratford College and the University of South Carolina. She and her husband, Nat Davis, have three grown sons and two grandchildren, all living in the Charleston area.

My clients lately have been very well traveled, I've handled transactions with clients traveling in Maine, Santa Fe, and in the middle of the Atlantic on the Queen Mary.

It can be complicated and having an agent with experience in the local market can be essential.
