  • We recently worked with Susan Davis to buy a home in downtown Charleston. She was absolutely the best to work with in every way. So knowledgeable and helpful. Also since we live out of town, she coordinated every detail for us on our behalf when we couldnít be there for inspectors and workers. Even after closing, she has continued to be an incredible local resource. I think we will be happy with our new home for many years to come. We recommend her highly as the best person to call if you are looking for a home in Charleston. - L. Meadows
