Martha Freshley is known for personal service. She listens carefully and searches for the right property that suites her clients’ needs and values. She also has extensive experience relocating families to the Charleston area and has sold from Mount Pleasant to Edisto. When you list your home with Martha, she forms a custom “selling plan” that covers everything from marketing down to staging your home to sell. Accentuating the positive aspects of any home is truly Martha’s specialty.
Originally from Georgia, Martha grew up working for her family’s jewelry store and visiting the beaches of South Carolina. She often wondered why she ever had to go home, so in 2005 she permanently relocated and is now settled in the Old Village. She currently resides with her husband and four children. She enjoys playing bridge, reading, walking, gardening, and tennis. She is also an active member of St. Philips Church and the ECW, the National Society of Colonial Dames, and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Charleston.
My favorite way to spend a Sat is to go to the farmers market on Marion Square. The variety of vendors is extensive and so much fun to explore.
There are many good realtors in the Charleston area, but my experience and negotiating skills are an asset to both buyers and sellers. I have enjoyed helping people relocate to the Charleston area for many years. My widespread local knowledge and network of top shelf professionals enable me to provide solutions for clients when situations arise in the real estate transaction.
An obstetrician once told me that every single baby he helped bring into the world was special and unique. I feel the same way about every real estate transaction. There are always issues to address in every transaction and I have a 100% track record of finding solutions.
