Testimonials

  • Thank you so much for being a wonderful real estate broker. Your warmth and sense of humor, and of course your knowledge made the process easier and enjoyable. I hope we can develop a friendship when we actually spend more time there. Please keep in touch. - Michele & Marc

  • Leslie’s responsiveness and genuine interest in our home purchase were both magnificent. She worked tirelessly (days, nights and weekends) to ensure that we were pleased and fully comfortable with the entire process. Even post-closing, Leslie has maintained that same level of passion and premier client service while helping us during this transition period. Tracy and I have bought and sold several properties during our 32-year marriage and, as a result, interacted with many brokers representing both sides of the table. Leslie is the most impressive person we have ever dealt with in these transactions . . . and it’s not even close. - Matt & Tracy

Favorite restaurant in Charleston and why?

I have so many favorite restaurants it would be hard to choose, BUT, if I had to choose I would say “ North” due to the jazz music during the week and the food is fantastic! And of course SNOB for breakfast!

What do you think sets you apart as an agent?

There are so many behind the scenes activities that a good agent brings to the table, my strong suit would definitely be my negotiating skills, I also do extensive research prior to listing a home for sale or giving client advice. I have a penchant for detail and my background as a paralegal is a huge asset. I am very thorough, and my goal is always to represent my clients from a position of strength. I love meeting new people, and I have assisted home buyers from around the world.

What are your favorite features of homes and why?

For me, some of my favorite features are all in the details, crown moldings, beautiful flooring, high ceilings, nooks, open floor plans with simple spaces for privacy. Some of my favorite features are the piazzas and of course, the Charleston gardens.
