Representing clients in the sale or purchase of their Charleston homes is a passion and privilege for Leslie Anderson. Leslie's career began as a legal assistant where she focused on estate planning as well as residential real estate and government contracts for more than 14 years.
In 2010, Leslie focused her career on residential real estate sales. Within her first year as an agent, she ranked as a top producer at her firm. She also went on to earn her Certified Negotiation Expert designation.
Leslie relocated to Mount Pleasant 15 years ago with her husband and three boys, allowing her to offer firsthand knowledge and experience to her clients that are moving to the Lowcountry. She is an expert at organizing even the most intricate details when assisting clients during their move. Recently, Leslie renovated a bungalow near Shem Creek where she built strong relationships with local designers and contractors.
In her spare time, Leslie enjoys spending time on Charleston's waterways and gardening at home. She also loves to explore Charleston's parks. She is a member of the Historic Charleston Foundation and the Preservation Society of Charleston.
There are so many behind the scenes activities that an agent handles when assisting their clients with the sale or purchase of their home. I am a Realtor that believes preparation is key. My strong suit is my market knowledge, dedication and pride in providing a seamless transaction - everything from writing a strong offer, negotiating and communicating to the highest level. When representing the sale of a home, I always present the property in its best light and provide my clients with pricing recommendations for the best outcome.
Charleston has amazing homes. As a Realtor, I could not live in a better place. Being able to showcase these beautiful properties brings me joy every day. So many Charleston homeowners have taken the time and attention to enhance their homes with bespoke details. From high ceilings, gorgeous flooring, and the indoor-outdoor lifestyle; Charleston homes really have it all.
I have so many favorite restaurants it is hard to choose. I enjoy the atmosphere of Poogans Porch in downtown Charleston and Poe's Tavern on Sullivan's Island offers great casual dining. I also enjoy Sea Biscuit on Sullivan's Island for breakfast. The culinary scene in Charleston is fantastic and inspires my own cooking at home.
