Charleston luxury real estate firm William Means Real Estate recently represented the buyer of 37 Meeting Street on Charleston’s downtown peninsula. Listed at $7,750,000 and sold for $7,375,000, the sale represents the highest closing price in the history of residential home sales in the city of Charleston.
