WHAT DO YOU THINK SETS YOU APART AS AN AGENT?
With almost 25 years of experience in real estate there aren’t too many circumstances or issues I haven’t come across. The breadth of knowledge and expertise developed over that period of time can’t be taught or learned in a classroom or training center.
WHAT ARE YOU FAVORITE FEATURES OF HOMES AND WHY?
I love to look at the bones of a house and how it was constructed. Finding out how the home was built from the framing to the finishes is something I find fascinating. Learning about styles, old and new, quality of workmanship and how they impact value then applying that knowledge on behalf of my clients to be sure the true value of the home is represented.
DESCRIBE A FAVORITE SATURDAY AFTERNOON IN CHARLESTON
Spending time with my family and enjoying all that Charleston has to offer. We love to be active, so whether we’re playing golf or tennis, going for a bike ride or a run/walk on the beach, or just being outside, as long as we’re together, it’s a great day.
