Tax Credit Extended to April 30th, 2010

On November 9th, President Obama approved the first-time homebuyer tax credit extension, the new deadline is April 30th 2010.  As part of the economic stimulus bill, a tax credit of $6,500 has been offered to anyone that has been in their home for at least five years and are seeking to relocate.   To find out who is eligible, income limits, effective dates, and types of home that qualify, please read the following article:
