Tax Credit Extended to April 30th, 2010

On November 9th, President Obama approved the first-time homebuyer tax credit extension, the new deadline is April 30th 2010. As part of the economic stimulus bill, a tax credit of $6,500 has been offered to anyone that has been in their home for at least five years and are seeking to relocate.
