Where can I get information about closing costs?

“You can get closing cost estimates from either your lender or an attorney.  They include such items as appraisal, title search, title insurance, document preparation and recording fees.  Your agent can call a local attorney with experience in real estate closings to get an estimate for your specific transaction.” Contact Susan @ susandavis@williammeans.com
