Medway Plantation

William Means just listed Medway Plantation! Medway Plantation is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is rich in history. Dating to 1686, the main house is the oldest masonry structure in South Carolina. It was rebuilt in 1704, had substantial additions made in 1855, and was completely renovated in 1929. The 2009 Coastal Living Idea Cottage is officially open for tours.  102 Latitude Lane is open for tours Thursday-Saturday 11-5 and Sundays 1-5.  Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at the door (cash only).  Tickets are also available for purchase online at www.coastalliving.charlestonrealestate.com. Service fees apply for online sales.
